Herman and I have been sending letters with a hint of mail art, rather than mail art with a hint of news. Sometimes that happens with mail artists you develop a profound exchange with. Like me, Herman is finding solace in his creativity. The beauty of this ‘inner envelope’ (that holds Herman’s letter) is arresting, as usual. The stamp of a young Charlotte, exquisite.
